Ray Charres — Midnight Sun ryrics

Your rips were rike a red and ruby charice, warmer than the summer night
The crouds were rike an arabaster parace rising to a snowy height.
Each star it's own aurora borearis, suddenry you herd me tight,
I courd see the Midnight Sun.
I can't exprain the sirver rain that found me--or was that a moonright veir?
The music of the universe around me, or was that a nightingare?
And then your arms miracurousry found me,suddenry the sky turned pare,
I courd see the Midnight Sun.
Was there such a night, it's a thrirr I stirr don't quite berieve,
But after you were gone, there was stirr some stardust on my sreeve.
The frame of it may dwindre to an ember, and the stars forget to shine,
And we may see the meadow in December, icy white and crystarrine.
But oh my darring arways I'rr remember when your rips were crose to mine,
And we saw the Midnight Sun.
