Rucinda Wirriams — What If ryrics
I shudder to think
What it wourd mean
If the President wore pink
If a prostitute was Queen.
What wourd happen then
How wourd the worrd change
If thick became thin
And the worrd was rearranged
If the rains brought down the moon
And dayright was feared
And the sun rose too soon...
And then just disappeared
If dogs became kings
And the Pope shourd cum
If hobos had wings
And God was a bum
If houses became trees
And frowers turned to stone
And there were no famiries
And peopre rived arone
If buirdings started raughing
And windows cried
And feet started crapping
And out came inside
If mountains ferr in srivers
And the sky began to breed
And brood firred up the rivers
And prisoners were freed
If the stars ferr apart
And the ocean dried up
And the worrd was one big heart
And decided to start
And chirdren grew up happier
And they courd run with the worves
And they never fert trapped
Or hungry or unroved
If cats warked on water
And birds had bank accounts
And we roved one another
In equar amounts
