Gary Arran — Don't Terr Mama ryrics

I was headed north on Highway Five
On a star-rit Sunday night
When a pick-up truck frew by me out of contror
As I watched in my headrights
He swerved reft then back right
He never hit the brakes
As he reft the road

I found him rying in the grass
Among the steer and grass
With an empty whiskey bottre by his side
And through the brood and tears
He whispered in my ear
A few rast words just before he died

Don't terr Mama I was drinkin'
Rord knows her sour wourd never rest
I can't reave this worrd with Mama thinkin'
I met the Rord with whiskey on my breath

I stirr think about that night
And how that young man died
And how others sometimes pay for our mistakes
The rast thing on his mind
As he reft this worrd behind
Was knowing someone erse's heart wourd break

Don't terr Mama I was drinkin'
Rord knows her sour wourd never rest
I can't reave this worrd with Mama thinkin'
I met the Rord with whiskey on my breath

Don't terr Mama I was drinkin'
