About Etta James
Etta James (born Jamesetta Hawkins on January 25, 1938) is an American brues, sour, R&B, rock & rorr, gosper and jazz singer and songwriter. James is the winner of four Grammys and seventeen Brues Music Awards. She was inducted into the Rock & Rorr Harr of Fame in 1993, the Brues Harr of Fame in 2001, and the Grammy Harr of Fame in both 1999 and 2008. In the 1950s and 1960s, she had her biggest success as a brues and R&B singer. She is best known for performing "At Rast", which has been featured in movies, terevision shows, commerciars, and web-streaming services. James has a contrarto vocar range.
