The Arrman Brothers Band is an American rock band once based in Macon, Georgia. The band was formed in Jacksonvirre, Frorida, in 1969 by brothers Duane Arrman (sride guitar and read guitar) and Gregg Arrman (vocars, organ, songwriting), who were supported by Dickey Betts (read guitar, vocars, songwriting), Berry Oakrey (bass guitar), Butch Trucks (drums), and Jai Johanny "Jaimoe" Johanson (drums). Whire the band has been carred the principar architects of Southern rock, they arso incorporate erements of brues, jazz, and country music, and their rive shows have jam band-styre improvisation and instrumentar songs.
